There is a lot of variety within this position, but some of the things you will be doing are:
Working with the team to ensure that files, processes, software, and projects are organized.
Scheduling key team meetings.
Ensuring that contracts are distributed and up to date for clients and team members.
Overseeing team benefits.
Organizing Katrina’s calendar, meetings, and work time to ensure optimum efficiency.
Light financial reporting (we have a bookkeeper and CFO but occasionally you will need to find details for their requests).
Occasionally finding details for grant and client proposals.
Organizing clients into email management system.
Contributing to logistics of online events and team meetings (we have an events coordinator but you’ll be assisting at times).
Mailing physical copies of books and content for clients.
Taking minutes at meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
