There is a lot of variety within this position, but some of the things you will be doing are:

  • Working with the team to ensure that files, processes, software, and projects are organized.

  • Scheduling key team meetings.

  • Ensuring that contracts are distributed and up to date for clients and team members.

  • Overseeing team benefits.

  • Organizing Katrina’s calendar, meetings, and work time to ensure optimum efficiency.

  • Light financial reporting (we have a bookkeeper and CFO but occasionally you will need to find details for their requests).

  • Occasionally finding details for grant and client proposals.

  • Organizing clients into email management system.

  • Contributing to logistics of online events and team meetings (we have an events coordinator but you’ll be assisting at times).

  • Mailing physical copies of books and content for clients.

  • Taking minutes at meetings.

  • Other duties as assigned.
